My skin has always been prone to breakouts. I had breakouts throughout my teenage years and I tried everything, from a vacuum pore cleaner to the scratchiest scrubs!
I had an especially bad breakout when I moved from the UK to Denmark to study for my Masters. That breakout made me feel like I didn't want to go out and see anyone and I remember getting stressed about breaking out and not making friends and that obviously just made it ten times worse.
I never really understood what my skin needed and I am sure I did a lot of things that made it worse (I'm talking about that vacuum pore cleaner, and more).
